Once you’ve enrolled into one of 700-GMAT Club’s private GMAT coaching courses, you’ll receive a GMAT diagnostic test consisting of two files: a 37-question GMAT quantitative file and a 41-question GMAT verbal file.
You’ll have to complete the set of questions in each file within 5 days unless you make a special request to us for more time.
700-GMAT Club has broken the whole GMAT into different modules, each a separate and critical area that the test-taker needs to master in order to perform well.
The following describes our teaching method and GMAT preparation approach that will help you attain your full GMAT potential and perform your best on test day.
1We’ll go over the diagnostic test only briefly though since it was primarily intended to assess your initial GMAT level. However, the instructor will discuss with you your perceived weak as well as strong points and the steps you need to take going forward.
2We’ll hand you out or have you download a GMAT module-verbal or quantitative- that you need to do before your next meeting with the instructor.
3In your second session, your GMAT instructor will go over all the questions -with you – including those to which you found the correct answers just to make sure you did not get them right by chance and, more importantly, to ensure that you have solved them efficiently, well within the time limit.
4Every subsequent session will be conducted just like the second until all the important GMAT modules have been completed.
5At this point, we’ll have you take a timed GMAT test to monitor your progress and gauge your current level. We will, of course, go over the test with great care, then make any necessary adjustment to your preparation.
6From here onwards, your preparation will consist of doing 37 quantitative or 41 verbal questions coming for different modules and testing you on a variety of concepts just as you would see them in the real GMAT.This is indeed simulation time and the more you simulate the real test the better you’ll perform.
7Finally, the GMAT instructor will review all the major GMAT concepts learned and emphasize the all-important test-taking strategies with you along with the psychological aspect of taking a timed test.
